Petroleum Jelly is not a good option for removing and getting rid of pimples because the petroleum Jelly can actually clog your skins pores which can actually cause acne breakouts.

So you might actually get more acne when using Petroleum Jelly on the pimples or acne.

Some other home remedies that do work however to get rid of pimples is toothpaste, lemon juice or Apple Cider Vinegar.

The toothpaste should be applied to the pimples and allowed to dry and it may tingle which means it's working then wipe the toothpaste off and repeat adding the toothpaste daily until the pimples are gone.

You can also apply lemon juice or Apple Cider Vinegar daily at least a few times per day to the pimples and allow it to dry and then wash it off your face.

Do this a few times per day until the pimples go away which may take a month or two but eventually it will work.

Then use a facial cleanser to cleanse and exfoliate your face to get rid of the clogged pores which is mostly what causes acne and pimples.

You can also apply Shea Butter to your face after removing the pimples and acne and it will prevent future outbreaks of the pimples or acne on your face.
