Teeth are so small in size that it should easily go down your throat if it does come lose and heads down your throat.

But most times the tooth will stay inside your mouth while sleeping if the tooth does fall out and will be there in the morning.

When kids lose teeth they sometimes lose their teeth during sleep and they haven't choked on the lose tooth.

When you're a kid and losing your teeth you can actually eventually pull the lose tooth out on your own like I used to do when I was a kid.

I would just wait until the tooth got lose enough and then pull it on out and although it bled a little it really didn't hurt.

I have lost a tooth before when I was a kid while I was sleeping and it remained in my mouth until morning until I spit it out.
