When you have too much acid in your body you may experience symptoms such as an increased heart rate, lack of appetite, jaundice, headache, fatigue, confusion, sleepiness and shallow or even rapid breathing.
When your body is too acidic you can sometimes lower the acid in your body by exercising, drinking Alkaline based water, reducing your consumption of acidic foods and eat more green leafy foods.
If you think your body is too acidic still you should have a doctor test your body for the acidic problems and they can usually correct it.
Also drinking more natural energy boosting drinks such as apple juice and other natural fruit juices can help reduce the acid in your body.
Most times an acidic body is not very harmful but sometimes if the acid buildup is left untreated or becomes too severe it can lead to GERD which can become life threatening eventually.
So I would always advise seeing a doctor about it if you think you have too much acid in your body.
