Do you really need 8 glasses of water a day?

Drinking 8 glasses of water per day is the healthiest option because the more water you drink the better flushed out your kidneys will be from toxins.

We need water for optimal health and drinking 8 glasses of water per day if possible will provide you with optimal health and keep your kidneys and bladder healthy.

But you do not have to drink 8 glasses of water per day if you don't want too and many people do stay healthy even with drinking only a few glasses of water per day.

Sometimes I drink 8 glasses of water per day but then other days I might only drink a few glasses of water per day and I'm still healthy.

I drink other healthy drinks such as Tea, Fruit Juice etc along with the water which is perfectly okay but you should at least try to drink a few glasses of water per day for your health.

But experts have said that 8 glasses of water per day is not a requirement but just a recommendation for the best health to keep your kidneys flushed of toxins.

You do not really have to drink 8 glasses of water per day to have a healthy body and healthy life.

But you do need at least a few glasses of water per day to keep your body and internal organs healthy.

As long as you drink at least 2 glasses of water per day you'll be okay and 8 glasses of water is even better but not required for your health.
