Diastasis Recti surgery is the best option and really the only option to fix and get rid of Diastasis Recti completely.
But using a belly band or torso band can somewhat help by closing the Diastasis Recti gap but it won't cure or get rid of the Diastasis Recti completely.
A friend of mine had Diastasis Recti and she used a belly band around her belly and it did help her Diastasis Recti somewhat but not completely.
She then had Diastasis Recti surgery when helped much better even though the surgery for the Diastasis Recti cost her $5,000.00 she said it was well worth the cost.
She had to take out a personal loan to be able to pay for the Diastasis Recti surgery but it was well worth it for her.
So if you can afford to have the surgery for Diastasis Recti then that would be your best option but if not then using a belly band can help somewhat.
