When a toddler is constipated you can try giving them some juices such as apple, pear, cherry, grape or prune juice.

Sometimes that juice will help get the toddlers bowels moving and also increasing the toddlers fiber intake and increase their food intake of whole grain foods.

When the toddler is constipated you should also limit the milk product consumption until the constipation is over with.

If your toddler has not pooped within 4 to 5 days and you've tried some home remedies then taking the toddler to the doctor to get some medicine or laxative to help is a good idea.
