If your clothes have been hanging the entire time during the bed bug infestation then it's unlikely that the bed bugs have infested the hanging clothes.
Still though it's a good idea to clean those clothes as well just to be safe and prevent yourself from getting bitten by a bed bug that could potentially be hidden in the hanging clothes.
I read online that bed bugs would not get into hanging clothes but I washed the hanging clothes anyway just to make sure there were no bed bugs in the clothes.
I also inspected the hanging clothes really close and I didn't see any bed bugs or signs of bed bugs on the clothes before I washed them but I washed them just in case anyway.
Bed Bugs usually just hang around the area of the bed though so if you do have clothing near the bed or other laundry near the bed then wash those clothes and other laundry but you shouldn't have to worry about bed bugs in hanging clothes.
Although anything is possible and I just washed my hanging clothes just to be safe but it was likely not needed.
