Noodles are a good food option to eat when losing weight as the noodles are pretty low in calories which is good when you're wanting to lose weight.
Still the noodles may not make you feel very full though but you can still get rid of some of the hunger and keep off the calories while eating some bowls of noodles throughout the day.
I would also recommend when losing weight you eat cabbage soup since cabbage soup is also very low in calories but will make you feel much fuller than the noodles will.
But you can eat both the cabbage soup and the noodles and still lose the desire weight you want to lose because you'll be kept feeling full while still not consuming too many calories.
