When you have stomach ulcers the pain will be like abdominal pain.

When you have stomach ulcer pain the pain you'll experience can be either a gnawing or burning like pain feeling and can also may go through to the back.
Some cases of stomach ulcers heal on their own without medical treatment and a change in diet and avoiding milk and spicy foods and eating some garlic but in more severe cases the stomach ulcers may need medical treatment if the stomach ulcers have gotten too severe.
If the stomach ulcers last longer than a few weeks I would go to the doctor to get the stomach ulcers checked out just in case you have a more severe form of stomach ulcers that need medical treatment.
