Some cases of Ulcers do eventually heal up and go away on their own as long as the Ulcers are not too severe.

You can help your Ulcers heal by changing your diet, eat foods that contain probiotics, get plenty of sleep, avoid spicy foods and avoid drinking milk at all until the Ulcers heal.
I would seek medical treatment for the Stomach Ulcers if they last longer than a few weeks just to be sure the stomach ulcers are not very severe.
