The seat belt law applies to all motor vehicles including RV's and Motorhomes.

If the motorhome has no seat belts in the motorhome then no passengers can legally ride in the RV.

All passengers must be securely fastened in seat belts when the RV is moving down the road even though it's unlikely you'll get caught like you would in a car or truck without a seat belt.

Still it's a good idea to wear a seat belt while riding in the RV for safety because if the RV had to suddenly stop then you go go flying around inside the RV which could cause severe injury or even death.

So even if it were legal which it's not you should still wear a seat belt at all times when the motorhome is moving down the road.
