Losing 10 lbs of weight in one month is certainly doable and realistic if you stick to a good diet and get plenty of exercise during the month.

I lost 10 lbs of weight in one month by doing the cabbage soup diet and also jogging and running twice per day for 20 minutes at a time.

So when you change your diet and watch your calorie intake and start jogging and or running you can easily lose 10 lbs of weight in just one month.

Losing anymore than 10 lbs of weight per month could be harmful though but losing 10 lbs of weight in one month on a diet and exercise is certainly doable.

Another option to lose 10 lbs in a month along with exercising is to do intermittent fasting which also helps cleanse your body of toxins so you'll be healthier overall.
