Forest bathing isn't exactly where you go out and strip naked and get a bath in the waters in the forest but instead forest bathing is where you go into the forest and stand still, and recognize your body in space and then you begin breathing in the wonderful smells of the forest around you.

Then you proceed with the forest bathing by walking forward mindfully and Reflect out loud and then find a spot and sit down in the forest for around 20 minutes.

The health benefits of forest bathing are improving your mental and physical health as well as reducing your stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and free up creativity.

Forest bathing can also lower your blood pressure and heart rate and boost your bodies natural immune system to help speed up the healing of illness and sometimes prevent getting sickness like the flu or cold in the first place.
