When the Titanic Ship sank in the year 1912 which was 107 years now was around 28 degrees F which was pretty cold and made it hard for many people to survive.

Around 1,500 people died in the sinking of the Titanic and only around 340 bodies were recovered from the Titanic Ship sinking in the waters.

The rest of the bodies were never found and remain lost to this today.

The cold water being 28 F is one of the reasons that most people died during the sinking of the Titanic in the year 1912.
