There are many types of soups that are good for weight loss such as the Red CURRY QUINOA SOUP, White Bean, PARMESAN Spinach Soup and Chicken and Sausage Gumbo.

But the all time best soup for losing weight is cabbage soup although the above soups are delicious as well and will work to lose weight.

The cabbage soup diet works wonders for losing weight and cabbage and cabbage soup is very healthy for you.

When doing the cabbage soup diet you can eat the cabbage soup and stay on the cabbage soup for up to 7 days and then after 7 days you should wait until a minimum of 2 weeks have passed before doing the cabbage soup diet again.

So eat cabbage soup for 7 days and then wait 2 weeks and then continue the cabbage soup diet after 2 weeks for another 7 days and then wait another 2 weeks before continuing with the cabbage soup diet again.
