Yes you can certainly lose some weight when eating cabbage.

Cabbage helps you feel full but is also low in calories so you can eat and feel full and still lose the weight.

The cabbage is a super food as well and contains antioxidants as well as vitamins which are essential to your health.

The antioxidants that cabbage contains helps protect your body from diseases such as cancer and boosts your immune system as well.

Cabbage is also hydrating due to the water content that cabbage contains.

Eating cabbage also makes you fart which is a good thing because when you fart you actually do burn off some calories.

I lost 10 lbs per month while on the cabbage soup diet which I did for 7 days per week and then stopped the cabbage soup diet for 2 weeks and then continued for another 7 days until I lost the desired weight.

I also exercised daily by walking and jogging which helped to burn off even more calories so I lost more weight faster.
