It's certainly possible to get ripped using rowing machine but you must change your diet as well to get ripped properly when doing a rowing machine workout.
Still a rowing machine will work your abs and your other muscles in your body and helps with your cardiovascular health as well.
The more you increase the resistance on your rowing machine and the more time you spend on the rowing machine working out the faster you're able to tone your muscles and get ripped.
So just be sure to change your diet and watch what you eat, do some rowing exercises and do some jogging as well to help keep your weight down.
All that exercise and diet change will change your health for the better as well as getting your ripped.
I would recommend using the rowing machine as hard as you can for 30 to 40 minutes per day.
Or do 30 minutes of rowing in the morning and then another 30 minutes of rowing exercises during the evening or night so that you get a total of 60 minutes or an hour per day on the rowing machine.
Because the more often you do the rowing exercises the faster and better you'll get to being ripped.
