Intermittent Fasting is very effective for weight loss but to lose weight through intermittent fasting you must do the intermittent fasting properly.

During intermittent fasting you can't eat anything that will break the fast and that includes chewing gum as gum contains calories which can break the fast.

If you follow through with the intermittent fasting you can lose between 1 to 5 lbs of weight per month or even a bit more.

My coworker lost 100 lbs of weight in 1 year of intermittent fasting so it's very possible but you should also get out and walk around or job or do some other exercise which will speed up the time it takes to lose weight.

Intermittent fasting also cleanses your body and removes toxins so not only does it help you lose weight it also helps you improve your overall health.
