Most people do not need a hip replacement until after age 65 but even then it doesn't mean you'll always need a hip replacement.

You might also experience pain in your groin that is constant or gets worse.

However hip replacement surgery can cause serious problems which could be worse than what you're currently going through with the hip problems and can in rare cases be fatal if you get an infection.
