Lupus is not always a death sentence and doesn't mean that you'll die soon after developing or being diagnosed with Lupus.
It has been reported some people have been living with Lupus for over 40 years so it's possible to live a normal lifespan while still having lupus.
If you get treated for the Lupus sometimes the treatment for Lupus can increase your risk for fatal infections but most times people who do get treated for Lupus live for a very long time.
So just because you or someone gets diagnosed with Lupus doesn't always mean that you're gonna die soon as long as you get treated soon enough for the Lupus.
