The ATM machine itself is unlikely to have any cameras mounted on it or inside the ATM machine watching you use the ATM machine but it is possible.
Although the camera on the ATM would be so hidden that it would likely be impossible to spot it.
However ATM machines are being watched by cameras that are pointing at the ATM machine such as in a store or inside a bank etc.
If you look up there will likely be a camera facing towards the ATM machine to catch any robberies etc.
If the ATM machine is outside there will be a security camera pointing at that ATM as well.
ATM machines are always being watched all the time using cameras.
