The condition chilblains usually occurs on the smaller toes but can also occur on the fingers, nose and even your face.

When you have chilblains on your toes it will look red and be A swollen lesion on the tip of your toes.

Chilblains most often occur due to over exposure to cold weather so make sure you protect your toes as much as possible and avoid staying out in the cold weather too much.

You can help get rid of the Chilblains by applying some Calamine or Witch Hazel to the toes to help relieve the itching and help soothe the area.

Applying either Witch Hazel or Calamine Lotion daily to the Chilblains can help get rid of the Chilblains.
