Sometimes the rash between your toes could be caused by your feet not breathing properly and sweating in your socks.

I used to get rashes between my toes sometimes when I would be out working in the sun and my feet go sweatier than normal and I wasn't able to change my socks often enough.

After changing my socks more often and using some baby powder in my shoes and socks I haven't gotten that rash anymore.

Other things that may cause a rash between your toes are a fungal infection or Athletes Foot.

You may need to use some fungal cream between your toes or soak your feet in some Apple Cider Vinegar and water.

Fill a container with some water and then put a cup or two of Apple Cider Vinegar into the water and soak your feet in it for 30 minutes or an hour.

The Apple Cider Vinegar will kill the fungal infection and help soothe your feet as well.

If your feet are constantly sweaty it's best to change your socks more often and wash your feet between sock changes even if you're not taking a shower or bath yet.
