Losing from 50 to 100 strands of hair when showering or just on a day to day basis is normal and nothing to worry about.
So if you have a clump of hair come out of your head during showering then it's a normal thing but if more than a clump of hair falls out of your hair when showering then you may be suffering from some condition that could be causing the hair loss.
Also if you wash your hair too often then that too can be a cause of hair loss due to the washing of your hair and the shampoo drying out your scalp.
