Can you lose fat if you dont do weight training ?Muscle is important for weight loss.Only aerobic can do the job?

I worked in an office for 40 years and got no exercise, made redundant and got a part time cleaning job in the school and it was hard work and more like a workout and that's how I lost 28lbs, I cant do weight lifting as I have arthritis in the hands and I am 62 year old female. Partner was very overweight and started walking each day and has lost 56lbs.

I tried a lot of diets but only taking Japanese weight loss pills https://bio-japan.net/supplements/weight-loss-drugs turned to be the most effective. I have taken it for a couple of months and lost all my extra pounds. Of course I ate natural products and did some exercise but not so much
