If you're a beginner and have never done squats before you can start with doing up to 20 squats per day and then after a month or two of doing the 20 squats per day then you can start doing up to 50 squats per day if possible.
Once you start doing squats daily you should start seeing some results within 3 weeks of doing the squats and then after a few months you should start seeing more results.
Then just continue with the squats everyday until you do get the desired results.
