Some good ways of getting rid of and dealing with indoor air pollution is to improve the ventilation in your home, avoid use of chemicals as much as possible, install high quality furnace air filters and change them often.
Also putting house plants in your home can help clean the air naturally and use an indoor air purifier with a good HEPA filter.
During the warm days open windows and allow some outside air into the home to help push the old indoor air out and the fresher air inside.
Also be sure to vacuum carpets at least once per week or more often if you have pets in the house or remove the carpet entirely if possible.
