Cold or Cool Showers are much better for your health and skin because cold or cool showers are less drying, and also promotes healthy skin and hair.
Cold or Cool showers can also help improve blood flow as well and open up clogged skin pores.
However warm and hot showers are okay for you too and I only take cold or cool showers during the hot summer months but cannot do so when it's cold outside even when my house is warm.
Taking warm showers though can help relax sore muscles and relax your body in general so a good thing to do is to alternate between cool and hot showers.
