Getting to a job interview on time is very important and if you're gonna miss the Job interview due to circumstances out of your control you should call the employer as soon as possible before the Job Interview is scheduled and let them know that you won't be able to make it in.
Then you can maybe get the job interview rescheduled for another day or maybe another time in the day.
The employer needs to know about the missed job interview and the reason behind it otherwise it can hurt your chances of getting the job.
If you do get another scheduled job interview from the same job then make sure to get their to the job interview even if you have to take a Taxi or find some other transportation.
