Bad breath usually is not contagious so kissing someone with bad breath should not cause you to get bad breath.
However your own breath might smell a bit bad right after kissing someone with bad breath but the bad breath won't last long.
It's recommended to use some breath freshener though before you do kiss someone if you have bad breath just as a good measure.
Kissing someone with bad breath is not a very pleasant experience though so I would use some breath freshener first.
