Yes hepatitis can be transmitted through saliva when kissing.
Usually a kiss on the cheek though won't cause you to contract hepatitis but if someone gets their saliva on your cheek and then you happen to lick your own cheek and get that persons saliva into your own mouth and that person has hepatitis then you could get the hepatitis.
So even though it's possible to get hepatitis from kissing on the cheek it's unlikely as long as you wash your cheek off and do not lick your cheek.
You can however get hepatitis by kissing someone on the mouth or through contact through their saliva.
