Yes baby food and formula are exceptions to the liquid rule when boarding an airplane.

Baby food pouches, baby food jars and any processed baby food can be brought onto the plane in your carry on luggage.

The baby food is allowed on the plane so that your baby can eat and won't go hungry on the flight.

You can also bring formula including powdered formula and liquid formula on the plane in your carry on luggage too.

So yes you can bring baby food pouches onto the plane in any amounts needed to feed the baby and you can also take more baby food pouches in your checked luggage.

Baby food pouches, baby food, baby formula etc can be brought onto a plane in reasonable quantities.

If you're bringing baby formula you bring it in powder formula and then can mix the baby formula on the plane.

You'll be allowed to feed your baby or toddler on the plane as long as the baby food, baby food pouches or formula are not in excessive quantities.
