As long as the bottle of liquid formula is full and unopened when you board the plane then yes you can bring the liquid formula and even powdered formula on the plane in reasonable quantities to feed your baby.
You can also bring canned, jarred and processed baby food onto the plane through carry on luggage as long as it's unopened.
Gel and liquid filled teethers are also allowed onto the plane through carry on luggage.
