Not everyone's memory starts to go as they age but sometimes it does happen and people start to lose their memory as they get older.

If you're gonna lose your memory as you age you can start to lose memory a little bit as early as age 45 and then as you age it progresses.

Some peoples brains begin to lose sharpness of memory and powers of reasoning and understanding as early as age 45 and then it progresses.

You can help keep your brain sharp by doing math solving and other problem solving and take fish oil supplements and eat fish to help promote your brain health.

I know a 95 year old guy who's very smart and still has a very sharp brain and sharp memory for his age so you don't always lose your memory just because you get older.

The peak of human mental abilities is 22 years, and after 27 years, the human brain begins to gradually take over, according to scientists from the United States.  Memory must be trained.
