Any blood pressure reading above 120 over 80 can be considered high but even a blood pressure reading of 135 over 85 can be considered normal blood pressure in some people.

If the blood pressure does rise above 135 over 85 then you should start lowering it because it could lead to heart attack, stroke and heart disease.

But most times if it's just a little high doing some home treatment for the high blood pressure can help lower the blood pressure.

Walking and even taking some apple cider vinegar or hibiscus tea can lower your blood pressure levels to normal.

However when your blood pressure doesn't go down to normal levels without home treatment and it gets to 180 over 110 or higher then you should go to the hospital and seek immediate medical attention because that is getting into the dangerous level.
