Cellphone Towers are disguised just so they look better in communities as some people call Cellphone Towers eyesores.
Without the cellphone tower though those people would not have cellphone coverage but they hate the look of the cellphone tower so they do what they can to disguise the cellphone towers to make them look better and maybe blend in with the surroundings.
I don't mind the look of cellphone towers but I do love some of the disguises of cellphone towers I've seen.
