Indoor air pollution affects a persons breathing and lungs and can eventually lead to lung disease, strokes heart attacks etc.

Several things such as Lead, Carbon Dioxide, Radon, Carbon Monoxide, Formaldehyde/Pressed Wood Products, smoking, cooking and the smoke from cooking can lead to indoor air pollution.

It's a good idea to get outside into the fresh air as much as possible to avoid the health problems that being indoors can cause due to the indoor air pollution.

Indoor Air Pollution causes longer term health effects such as respiratory disease and cancer and short term health effects such as throat and eye irritation.
