Paying cash for a home doesn't always mean a cheaper price but sometimes when you do have enough cash the seller of a home will sometimes be willing to drop the price by around $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 if they want to sell the home quickly and you have that cash in hand.

Having cash to pay for the house means a faster sell so some sellers may be willing to drop the price of the home a bit so they can get the home sold and be done with it.

Having cash is an advantage when it comes to purchasing a home because you don't have to go through the mortgage process to buy the home.

That makes it a guarantee that you will buy the home and not worry about whether or not you'll get the mortgage approved.

I know I certainly would be willing to drop some money off the price of the home if possible if you can come up with most of the cash money and pay me in full.

But it's not always the case but if you shop around and look for homes you just might find a seller willing to drop the price of the home for the cash you have on hand.
