Having multiple credit cards with no balance on them won't hurt your credit score unless those credit cards with no balance are not being used and paid off.

It's good to have multiple credit cards and use them and keep no balance on them because it shows you're a good credit user and will pay your credit bills on time.

But if you have multiple credit cards that keep a $0 dollar balance on them and never use them then that could lower your credit score.

So if you have multiple credit cards then you should use them and keep them paid off to help built your credit score and keep your credit score in good condition.
