Some types of Lawyers make some good money and are pretty well off and rich while some other lower paid lawyers earn no more than a middle class person or family.
Going to law school takes some good amount of money so a Lawyer is still in debt even though they may be making good money.
Being a Lawyer is pretty hard work too as you have to fight for someone in court and defend that person and you have to really know the law.
Then sometimes you have to take that person into court yourself to get your lawyer fees paid to you as sometimes Lawyers don't get paid by the person they're defending like they should.
So some Lawyers are rich while others are no better off than a middle class person.
