Rabbit poop can be harmful to humans if touched and you don't wash your hands properly afterwards.
Rabbit poop can cause you to contract zoonotic disease but it's rare to contract that disease but still it's possible and you should avoid touching rabbit poop especially from wild rabbits.
Don't allow any kids to touch rabbit poop just to be safe and keep the rabbit poop cleaned up with a shovel or something else to avoid touching the rabbit poop.
However most parasites that rabbit poop can contain won't be transmitted to humans since most of those parasites are host specific.
But still it's better to be safe than sorry and avoid touching the rabbit poop or wear disposable gloves when touching or coming into contact with rabbit poop.
