After conception it takes around 1 to 2 weeks before you start feeling the symptoms of pregnancy.
So you should wait at least 2 weeks after trying to get pregnant to take a pregnancy test for the results to be accurate.
After 2 weeks then you should start feeling symptoms of pregnancy such as tender or swelling breasts and even fatigue and tiredness.
The tiredness and fatigue usually occurs as earl as the first week after conception.
Then later in the month you may start feeling the other pregnancy symptoms.
