The amount of time that Survivor contestants actually spend on the Island depends and it can vary from 39 to 49 days.
The contestants also arrive around a week ahead of time to prepare for the games so the survivor contestants are away from home for around 56 days.
But then again the contestants may not go right home on a flight the last day of the contest and game of Survivor.
