Teeth whitening strips are pretty safe to use as long as you don't use the teeth whitening strips too often.
Also the teeth whitening strips that you use should not contain chlorine dioxide because the chlorine dioxide can eat away at your teeth enamel and destroy the enamel on your teeth.
I buy the ones without the chlorine dioxide just to be safe and only use them in moderation when my teeth needed whitened.
