Some signs that you may be dehydrated as an adult are fainting, irritability, confusion, sleeping and lack of energy.
Sunken Eyes, Rapid Heartbeat, Rapid Breathing, very dry skin, feeling dizzy and having dark yellow pee or not able to pee at all.
It's very important to stay hydrated especially in older adults as being dehydrated can lead to unresponsiveness, and even strokes and death.
Stay hydrated and drink fluids even before you feel thirsty and drink more water or other hydrating drinks especially during the summertime when it's really hot out and if you're severely dehydrated you need to get to the hospital because you might need an IV.
