Yes Liquid Laundry Detergent can and will freeze solid if left in temperatures of below freezing.

So if you need to use the liquid laundry detergent soon then you should make sure to keep the liquid laundry detergent in a heated space when it gets cold.

If your garage is not heated in the winter then make sure you store the laundry detergent inside your house somewhere where it's warm to avoid it freezing.

Also if liquid laundry detergent is allowed to freeze too long then it can change the viscosity and destabilize the components of that laundry detergent so it may not work as good as it would have when not allowed to freeze.
