No, the tender has been closed for Avenue South Residences, after fixing the tender with UOL Group and other two companies, Kheng Leong Company and United Industrial Corporation. The companies are expected to undertake joint development of Avenue South Residence through a co-owned company. UOL will hold 50% of the property while the remaining half is shared between its sister companies with UIC taking 30% and KLC taking 20%.
