In my opinion youth ends at around age 18 to 21 years of age.
Although in legal terms you're considered an adult legally at age 18 but you're still pretty youthful until 21 years of age which is when your certainly out of the teen years.
Middle age begins at around age 30 and then ends in your late 50's
