As long as you have the funds in the bank account you can withdraw any amount of cash you want too from the bank provided that the bank you're withdrawing the cash from has the amount of cash.
Most banks don't keep more than $50,000.00 in cash on hand but some banks may keep more than $50,000.00 in cash if they're a larger bank.
If the bank doesn't have enough cash on hand to allow you to withdraw the amount of cash you might have to go to another branch of the bank to get more cash or come back a few days later and withdraw some more cash.
If you do withdraw large amounts of cash from the bank then the IRS will be notified and they may audit you.
I would not recommend keeping large amounts of cash on hand for safety reasons and the potential to lose the money or being robbed of it.
