The average age for Lupus to be diagnosed is between the ages of 14 and 44 years old.

Lupus can start at any age though.

Lupus can take months or even years for it to develop enough for a diagnoses.

So you might have Lupus starting but may not get diagnosed until around 6 to 7 years later after you've developed Lupus.

Most patients are diagnosed at 6 years after they've developed Lupus so you may have Lupus for many years before you're ever diagnosed with it.

The most common symptoms of Lupus are fatigue, fever, and hair loss which usually occur at age 30 and beyond or even in the teenage years.

Other body parts and organs can also be affected by Lupus such as the skin, kidneys, and joints.
